Prioritize Your Sleep
This project features two augmented reality (AR) posters designed to visually and interactively educate college students on the two main stages of sleep: REM and NREM. Created under the fictional initiative of the National Sleep Foundation, the posters aim to address the widespread issue of sleep deprivation among students by making sleep science accessible and engaging.
Each poster embodies the feeling of its respective sleep stage—REM is represented as whimsical and imaginative, reflecting vivid dreams and heightened brain activity. At the same time, NREM has calming, tranquil visuals to mirror the body's restorative processes. Each poster comes to life through an AR lens, offering an immersive educational experience that encourages students to understand better and prioritize their sleep.
